Love Island’s Rémi Lambert brushed off fellow countryman Jacques O’Neill, calling him a “muppet”.
The 22-year-old rapper had a brief stint on the ITV2 series before being dumped from the island a week ago (June 19).
Taking to her Instagram Story yesterday (June 23), the model gave her followers a chance to ask her a few questions, most of them tailored to her experience on the hit dating show.

When asked “Who was someone you really didn’t get along with in the villa?”, Remi was more than happy to answer honestly.
Accompanied by a short clip of him shaking his head, he wrote: “Jacques the muppet”.

During Remi’s time on the show, nothing aired to suggest an issue between the two, leading Remi’s followers to direct message him asking for more details on his response.
Sharing a screenshot of one of his posts that read, “No you can’t post this without the context,” Remi wrote, “That’s for another day.”
This isn’t the first time Remi has called out another islander, as just days ago he swept Indiyah after she zoned Ikenna.

Although she showed an initial interest in Indiyah, it wasn’t enough to keep him in the villa as she chose to partner with Ikenna instead of him, leaving him cast off the island.
Soon after, Inidyah decided to end her relationship with Ikenna as she thought they were better off as friends.
Taking to his Instagram Story to share his take on the matter, Remi was furious and called the decision a “joke”.

It then chimed, “Last story because I’m crazy right now,” followed by a laughing face emoji.
“So Indiyah teamed up with Ikenna just to zone him as a friend the next day? What’s going on?” he added.
Giving more of his take on the ongoing series yesterday, Remi told his followers that he thinks Andrew and Tasha are the strongest couple, adding: ‘I want what they have.’
