Los Angeles Pride! Parade, with “Love Your Pride” as its 2022 theme, features floats, exotic cars, walkers and performers, at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 12.
The parade features three grand marshals: Paula Abdul, the marshal icon; Mark Indelicato, the celebrity marshal; Sir Lady Jaza, the community marshal.
The parade begins on Cahuenga and Hollywood Boulevards, turns on Highland Avenue, turns on Sunset Boulevard and ends on Cahuenga Boulevard, Hollywood. Details and map of the parade route here: lapride.org/event/2022-la-pride-parade-in-hollywood.
Street closures include:
- Hollywood Boulevard: Highland Avenue at Vine Street;
- Cahuenga Boulevard: from Yucca Street to Sunset Boulevard;
- Highland Avenue: Hollywood Boulevards at Sunset;
- Sunset Boulevard: Highland Avenue to Vine Street.
Additionally, Selma Avenue is only open to outgoing/residential traffic.
After the parade, head to the Pride Village Street Festival, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The festival includes community stalls, vendors, a Ferris wheel and two stages for DJ and live music performances and the Bob Baker Marionette Theater. A
