Manchester-based PR and digital agency Carousel has won a competition to lead the PR strategy for the immersive art experience Van Gogh Alive as she heads to MediaCityUK in Salford.
Carousel will conduct a strategic and proactive media awareness campaign to promote the show.
It will initially focus on regional media, resulting in both broadcast and online coverage before expanding into a broader national campaign including activations, influencer and celebrity engagement, and a launch event. creative before the show’s opening night in October.
Van Gogh Alive was created by Grande Experiences, and exhibits the life and work of the Dutch artist with over 3,000 images of the artist which will include a walk through a life-size representation of the “bedroom at Arles ”by Van Gogh, and a ‘Sunflower selfie room’ – a 360-mirror room with hundreds of sunflowers.
