“Black Mafia Family” Episode 1: Fans Love “Amazing Cast”, Expect Better To Come

Starz has just released the first episode of their new crime drama and things are going well so far. With fans tuning in to the highly anticipated show run by executive producer 50 Cent, expectations were high for ‘BMF’ which drew mixed reactions.

“Black Mafia Family” follows the true story of two brothers from the dilapidated streets of southwest Detroit in the late 1980s who rose to give birth to one of this country’s most influential criminal families. We see the rise of cocaine mainstays Demetrius ‘Big Meech’ Flenory and his brother Terry Flenory as they rise to power as they establish their business to dominate the drug game.

The first episode of the series saw Demetrius Flenory (Demetrius Flenory Jr) and his brother Terry (Da’Vinchi) begin their journey as teenage children as they started out in the cocaine trade under their guidance. boss, Pat. The family situation of the brothers is not excellent, the money being very tight, which leads to fights. Terry has a baby on the way and Demetrius is tired of living that way. The situation heats up as we see the brethren begin their journey.
